Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BootForm — the website, dashboard, API, MCP server, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Menelabs O.E. ("BootForm", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using BootForm on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it too.

The Service

BootForm accepts submissions to a URL a Customer embeds in their own <form>, applies spam protection, stores submissions, and delivers them to destinations the Customer configures (email, Discord, Slack, Telegram, or a webhook). A form can be used unclaimed (no account) for an initial period; claiming a form (creating or logging into an account and confirming ownership) gives access to the dashboard, notification settings, and every other feature.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials (password, API keys) confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@bootform.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

Your content, your responsibility

You (the Customer) control what your form collects and what you do with it. You're responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis to collect whatever your form asks for, and your own privacy policy covering your End Users, where applicable — BootForm is not a substitute for either.
• Not using BootForm to collect or process data you're not legally permitted to collect (e.g. special-category/sensitive data your own compliance posture doesn't support), or to send spam, phishing content, or anything illegal.
• The content and configuration of your own destinations (Discord servers, Slack workspaces, webhook endpoints) — BootForm delivers submissions there on your instruction, and isn't responsible for how those third-party destinations or platforms handle the data afterward.

We may remove content or suspend a form that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is used for spam, abuse, or fraud.

Acceptable use

Don't use BootForm to:

• Send unsolicited bulk communication (spam) or phishing content.
• Collect data unlawfully, or on behalf of a use case that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another account.
• Circumvent plan limits or rate limits through automation or multiple accounts.

Fees, billing, and plans

Plan tiers, pricing, and included quotas are published at bootform.com/pricing and may change with notice. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record — Paddle handles your payment method, invoicing, and applicable tax (e.g. VAT); we never see your full card details. The Free plan blocks further submissions once your monthly quota is exceeded, until it resets; paid plans meter and bill overage instead. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Termination

You may stop using BootForm, or request account deletion, at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; outstanding fees remain due. We may retain data as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy's retention section.

Third-party services

BootForm integrates with third-party services you may choose to use — OAuth sign-in (GitHub, Google, Microsoft), delivery destinations (Discord, Slack, Telegram, your own webhook endpoint), and optional spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, using your own keys). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we're not responsible for their availability, content, or handling of data once it leaves BootForm's systems per your own configuration.

Intellectual property

BootForm and its branding, dashboard, and underlying software are owned by Menelabs O.E. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain all rights to your own form submission data. We don't claim ownership of it, and use it only to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that submissions will never be delayed, lost, or misdelivered — configure your own backups/exports for anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menelabs O.E. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Menelabs O.E. harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your form content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
